London To Brighton Bike ride

Karen and David are undertaking the London to Brighton bike ride in order to raise money for St Wilfred's hospice and The British Heart Foundation, Karen is training hard as David takes her out into the hills to prove her stuff and make sure she can climb Ditchling Beacon the sting in the tail at the end of the ride.  We form part of the Maris Pipers team organised by Julie Barker of Munneries.
